I’m looking for a student (undergraduate or postgraduate) who could take over this private studio flat for the summer, available from 30th May 2020 until 21st August 2020 (can be extended yearly), which would be done officially through the property management. Not a flat share, but a studio flat to yourself complete with kitchen and ensuite bathroom. The rent is £175 per week including all bills (except laundry).

The studio is located at Ayton House, private student accommodation a short walk away from the centre of St Andrews. Landlord registration number: 477179/250/27071

Facilities include: Bills and Wifi (100 mbps) included in the rent, a double bed, large study table, wardrobe, kitchen: stove with two hobs, microwave oven, fridge, TV, armchair, ensuite bathroom, access to a gym, common room including pool table and table tennis and laundry facilities. There is secure key entry, car parking, bike storage, CCTV and management team available 24/7. A few minutes walk from East Sands beach! Everything is nice and modern and the room is warm.
