We're looking for a flatmate to share the semi-detached 3-bedroom flat, located within 5min by walk to Morrison, Aldi and M&S. Current flatmates are PhD student and Postdoc, quiet and easygoing. Room available from 18th Feb, £450 pcm excluding bills, broadband (usually £50+20 per month) and council tax for non-student. The room is spacious and has a double bed, featuring a large window to catch sun rays in the afternoon. The flat has front and rear gardens, both spacious.
