Description
I'm Lucrezia Milillo a PhD student in Anthropology at the University of St Andrews. I'm looking for a flatmate to share a small 2 bedroom apartment at walking distance (c. 20 min) from town center and c. 50 m from East Sands beach and swimming pool/leisure center. Ideally suited for Postgrad students (MA/PhD) but also considering other options.
THE FLAT
The flat has a bright and cosy living room, well-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, 4-burner electric stove plate, kettle), and a spacious bathroom (with bathtub). Brand new vacuum cleaner, washing machine and TV are also present.
The double bedroom (see photo) is c. 12 square meters, has a built-in wardrobe and comes with a desk and several drawers/cupboards.

Bills (wifi, gas-EL and council tax for non-students) work out at about £135 a month (to be split between tenants). The contract is with Rollos Letting Agent.
INTRODUCING MYSELF
I'm friendly as well as respectful of other people's spaces and I'm looking for a flatmate with a similar attitude as well as an equal division of common spaces cleaning.
In non-pandemic times I enjoy dinners with friends and going to the pub, but I'm not a crazy party person. I love hiking as well as reading in my room. I'm up for having music in the house but always being respectful of the other flatmate studying and sleeping time. I also like engaging in long conversations about politics, history, ethics... but you don't have to undergo these topics if you don't want to!
