Room For Rent In Cosy 2-Bed House

A fully furnished double bedroom is available in a homey 2-bed semi detached house with a private garden! This house is in the town of St Andrews and is close to all amenities, bus links and supermarkets.

Your room would be a newly furnished double bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room will be shared with myself. And there is also a sun trap garden with a seating area for the days we have sun.

The rent is £720 with an initial deposit of £1000 to cover all bills (WiFi, council tax, gas/electricity) which are all fixed amounts in my name, so you will never need to pay more as these don't fluctuate.

The house is homey and clean. I'm looking for someone who is a professional that likes to have a chat/watch Netflix over a cup of tea/glass of wine but respects everyones personal space. I am a quiet person and reasonably tidy, but not excessively so! I'm a smoker but only ever smoke outside and never indoors.

This is not a party house.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is a short walk from the town (10 mins), alternatively there are multiple bus stops close by to get around and private parking to the side of the property. The property has multiple supermarkets nearby (ranging in price - Aldi to M&S) to cater for all your food shopping needs.

I've owned the house for just over a year with my wee rescue dog, Arya, who can be a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you she is very friendly - a great companion during lockdowns or to cheer you up after difficult days at work.

At the moment, I am doing a mix of working from home and in the office (9-5pm) which I hope to continue moving forward. Arya attends daycare on the days I'm in the office.

The room deposit is due on or before the day you move in. This is then transferred to SafeDepositsScotland to be kept safely, I will give you confirmation certificates of this.
