Double Bedroom avaiable in 2 bedroom flat

I am moving to another city and therefor my space in the flat will be vacant as of September. The room has a double bed, desk, chest of draws and double bed. There is a fully equipped shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The current housemate is a very relaxed and friendly PhD student at the University of St Andrews. The landlords live out, but are very accommodating and helpful should you need. I have enjoyed my time here and will be sad to leave. My replacement would be preferably another PhD or young professional.
