This is a student-only building (so no payable council-tax), you will have to be able to demonstrate student status. *Note: current rent of £220/wk may change when the lease is taken over, would need to check with the Ayton office.* Current lease runs through 18 August 2023, however if you want to stay on for the 2023-24 academic year, this might be possible.
