I have a large double room available from now until May 2025. You'd share the flat with myself and my friend, two final year undergraduate students. The flat is modern and very nicely decorated and furnished. It's located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a nice area - a 10ish minute walk from the town centre. It would suit someone similar to myself and my flatmate – very clean, quiet/studious, considerate, not entertaining/hosting too often, no parties etc..
