En-suite double bedroom - King Street

Hi there, I am looking for a flatmate to live with me in a flat on King Street. The room is an en-suite double bedroom complete with bed (memory foam mattress!), chest of drawers, wardrobe, and desk + chair. The rent is £900 per month and is inclusive of utilities.

The flat is a 10 minute walk to the centre of town (just off Lamond Drive). I am a recent St. Andrews graduate who works for the R&A, based in town. The room is avaible from the start of August onwards but I would also potentially be able to do shorter leases over summer if that’s something someone was interested in.
