I am a post-doc (Biology) working at the university. My current housemate is moving out at the end of the month so I’m looking for another friendly, clean post-doc/PhD student to move in on or close to September 1st. I live in a spacious, fully furnished, two-bedroom house (plus one additional spare room), in a lovely, quiet residential area, a one minute stroll from Spar and a three minute walk from ALDI/M&S, with free parking options.
Rent is £650 per month, excluding bills (which are reasonable).
