Quiet warm sunny house

Our home is in a quiet part of town one mile from the center of St Andrews. It is a warm south west facing home with two lounges and has been newly renovated.
The rent includes wifi, full sky package, netflix electricity, gas and council tax.
The living area and bathroom have underfloor heating while the bedroom has radiator heating. This is a warm house with a wood burner in the 2nd lounge/snug.
We are renting two rooms sharing a full bathroom with shower and bath plus plenty towel warmer space.
The kitchen dinning room and main lounge have been recently renovated - all open plan with three sky lights making for bright warm living space.
We are looking for two post grads/professionals to share the home while we are away during the winter.
There is also a small box room with desk and chair available to use.
