Student Sublet Room Available

2025 SUBLET AVAILABLE

I am going away on research for six months and looking for someone to take over my room under a landlord-approved sublet while I am gone from approximately mid-March 2025 (dates negotiable).

Rent is £690 per month, which includes wifi and bills up to £60 for the full property. Any outstanding balance on bills above £60 is split evenly (but this is not normally very much, especially over the summer). You’d be living with one other female first-year PhD student who is studying Chemistry.

Super close to Aldi and about a 15 min walk into town or 20 mins to the Sports Centre and science buildings. The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a small office, kitchen and living room, all fully furnished, and the room comes with a double bed, desk, storage (including built-in closet) and bedside table.

Ideally looking for a female postgraduate, and whoever comes in must be a registered full-time student for council tax reasons.
