We are looking a flatmate for at least the second semester of the 2025/26 academic year.
The bedroom available is a double bed, there are two bathrooms both shared, a shared kitchen and dinning room/living room. There is also a well sized garden.
3 bedrooms upstairs (including the bedroom available), 1 bathroom upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs, living room/dinning room downstairs, kitchen downstairs, 1 bathroom downstairs.
The rent is £700 pm, bills including Wi-Fi, gas and electricity are roughly £40 each month.
We are currently 3 guys, happy with anyone.
