Quiet Location surrounded by beautiful walks

Windsor Gardens is situated in the Bogward area of town. It is close to the main supermarket with buses regularly from the bottom of Windsor Gardens into town and onto Dundee.
The house itself comprises of a kitchen, downstairs bathroom, two bedrooms, living room and conservatory.
The upstairs area is for the owner of the property as a live in landlady.
The kitchen is modern, complete with gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
There is a patio conveniently placed at the back of the house which looks out onto green fields. There is a washing line to hang out clothes beside the patio. The front garden is well maintained with a lawn and flower border. Internet access is available.
I am looking for a responsible adult, possibly an academic but this is not a necessary requirement. The person must be responsible for taking care of the tidiness and cleanliness of their own room. This is a must see!
