2-bedroomed ground floor flat

Two-bedroomed ground floor in a block of four (maisonette). It has a garden at both the front and back. The rooms are quite large and are in reasonable decorative order, with new carpets. The flat has gas central heating, is double-glazed and has cavity wall insulation. The bathroom has an over-the bath shower. The flat and is let more-or-less furnished (all white goods in place). I am happy for tenants to have pets as long as they don't do any damage and are taken away when the tenancy ends!
I am very much a hands-off landlord, and am looking for someone who is prepared to look after the place proactively.
