Street is on '99' bus route with direct services to town
centre, Morrisons supermarket / St Andrews Community Hospital and Bus Station with easy interchange therefrom to Leuchars Railway Station and Dundee Railway & Bus Stations.

Town centre is 5 min drive; 5-10 min cycle, 15/20 min walk.

Located in the western suburbs of the town but due to small size of St A and bus links, is suitable for anywhere in St Andrews (or commuting to Guardbridge, Leuchars, Cupar, Dundee). Street has its own post box.

The successful applicant must be: -
