This beautifully presented house is in a quiet area of the town. It is close to bus stops which regularly go into the centre of town and beyond to Dundee. There is a large supermarket nearby plus the Community hospital across the road from there.
The house itself comprises of a Conservatory, modern, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with television and D. V. D player, plus two bedrooms. The upstairs is for the sole use of the live-in landlady. The house is centrally heated and has internet access.
There is a front garden and a back garden. The back garden has a patio area and outside drying area. There is a garage beside the house which has a tumble drier for use in wet weather.
