Do you want to live in a peaceful and scenic area that is just a short-distance from Dundee City Centre (12 minutes by bus)?

I have a nice single room for rent in Tayport, which is approximately 4 miles (6.5km) from Dundee City Centre. It is in a semi-rural location and backs on to playing fields by the Tay Estuary and is very close to Tentsmuir Forest.

You will be sharing a flat with myself and my Jack Russell Terrier Milo. I am friendly, clean, quiet and easy to get along with and Milo is a very lovable wee dog.

We are looking for somebody who is clean and friendly to live with us.

The flat has gas central heating, a power shower, Vodafone Broadband, Netflix (there is no terrestrial TV, but you could get that if you like), front and back gardens and many facilities.

A returnable deposit of £300 will be required in addition to the monthly rent of £300. ID and references are also required.
The following costs are included in the £300 monthly charge:

Rent
Household electricity costs up to £50 per month
Household gas costs up to £50 per month
Netflix
Broadband

...and the following costs are NOT included:

Any gas costs over £50 per month, or electricity costs over £50 per month - the excess costs will be shared between us.

Additional council tax - I pay the single person rate of council tax, which costs £80 per month. If you are also liable for council tax, the cost to you will be £30 per month.

Personal insurance - you will need to take responsibility for insuring your own private possessions because they will not be covered by existing household insurance cover.
