We are a married couple in there late fifties who’s family have moved out , We have a large spare room in a mid terraced bungalow, Fully furnished Bedroom with all meals with tv , sound system, Broad band with 260 mbps , we also have a dog called Tess who is very friendly , you would have the use of Shower room , Living room , kitchen with your own fridge freezer if needed, Seated Area outside with Jacuzzi and a large Tv , we also have a shed for a cycle , there is a fish pond with fish , Close to all amenities , on a good bus route to Dundee 15 mins ,StAndrews 40 mins Also lots of walking/ cycling routes nearby
