Lodger/ tenant required in Tayport, Fife

I’m looking for a nice caring person, (ideally female) to live in a fully furnished semi detached decent sized property with a decent sized spare double bedroom upstairs.
The property is right next to the bus stop and within easy walking distance to the local shops.
My Aunty is a very clean tidy lady and lives in the down stairs part of the house.
You would be sharing the bathroom, living room and kitchen.
The rent is very low due to the fact that you would be expected to do your share of light cleaning and help walk the two little dogs.
