Double bedroom available with sea view, Tayport

We are looking for a female lodger who would be interested in renting a double room in a decent sized home over looking the sea. The upstairs bed room is fully furnished with wardrobe, double bed and dressing table.
WiFi, heating and electric are all free.

The reduced level of rent is on the understanding that you will take two small dogs for a short daily walk and provide some companionship for the Landlady who lives on the ground level. The home is kept very clean tidy by the land lady but she will occasionally need help with vacuuming and light housework.
References required.
If you are a professional and currently pay council tax then there will be a charge for your share of the council tax. If you are a student you will be exempt from paying the council tax charge.
