I’m a postgraduate student who commutes to St Andrews (takes 25/30 minutes on the bus).
Dundee is also 15/20 minutes away so I’m able to get groceries/ food deliveries easily.
I’m not a smoker/partier and the area is very quiet but scenic.
Expect a clean and peaceful flat, I’m on campus a lot but I enjoy bonding over good food, board games, movie nights, and bake off!
For council tax purposes I would prefer students only.
