I have a spacious double room to let in my 3 bed-room house in Wormit – short or long term. It would be ideal for a professional or postgraduate student. I'm happy to consider a couple short term.

Shared facilities include large kitchen/dining/living room, a sitting room and a study/spare room with a sofa bed. There is also a sunny back porch/conservatory with a sofa, and a utility room. There is a large shower/wc on ground floor and over-bath shower in upstairs bathroom. Furnishings in room can be adjusted to suit.

The house has lovely rural aspects both front and back, a large garden, off road parking and storage in the garage for bikes etc.

Rent £400pm includes utilities, WiFi and TV

The household currently includes myself, a weekday-only lodger and an elderly cat.

Dundee is 5 miles away and St Andrews 10. There is a bus stop 100m from the house. It would be convenient to have a car.

Wormit has a shop/PO, garage and restaurant and there are further shops in Newport-on-Tay which is 2 miles down the road towards the Tay Bridge.
