Looking For A Friendly House

i’m from bristol originally, but ready to relocate to brighton to work, i am a nursery teacher so won’t be working from home.
ideally i would like to live with housemates in their twenties/ early thirties as we may have similar interests.
i am new to brighton so it would be good to have housemates who occasionally wanted to socialise, however this is not essential.
i have lived in a house share before and respect people’s personal space, am able to keep the house tidy, keep myself to myself.
