Double-Room/ Buddy Up wanted for a house Share :)

I am a 27 year old professional working in the public sector, and ideally looking for other like-minded professionals to house share with. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from mid/end of June 2024 and have a budget of £550 (However I am willing to go up to £600 for the right place).

I appreciate tidiness, socialising and cooking together, along with my own personal downtime and independence. I value being social but also respect personal space.

Some hobbies of mine are working out, going to gigs, reading, cooking, playing music and the occasional visit to the pub, however also enjoy outdoor activities, walks and generally open to trying new things out. Happy living with pets- the more the merrier!!

Ideally looking for either a 1 bed property or to buddy-up with like minded professionals/individuals in the Crookes, Broomhill, S11 area.
