Two Flatmates Looking to Buddy-Up For a 3 Bed!

Hiii! My flatmate (also called Emily) and I are looking for a third housemate as our current landlord is selling!

A bit about how we live...
We've been living together for 3 years with a (really friendly) cat called Neko. We are both clean/tidy/organised and take it in turns. We are used to sharing food bits and cook each other dinner in the evenings normally. We wind down earlier in the weekdays as we start work early in the morning.

We LOVE to host dinner parties for our friends. We are sociable and enjoy going out to clubs/gigs/pubs although we're doing a bit less of that these days. We love travel (classic), wine nights (obvs) sitting cozy, pilates, barre, yoga, books, baths, pampering, and watching Bravo (lol, anyone else?). We luv being active/nature/and all sorts.

I'm from Texas and a nurse. Emily is from the West Midlands and is a child Play Therapist. Our demanding jobs mean we do prioritise our living situation to be peaceful and drama free (please). Does not mean we don't have a good time.
