Looking for central Edinburgh flat July/August

I'm a 29 year old doctor returning to Edinburgh having been in London for the past 2 years. Back for a new job and very happy to be living and working in Scotland again long term! I'm looking for a centrally located room, max £800/month and ideally with 1 or 2 flatmates. Job starts in August but aiming to move up in July, can be flexible with dates.
I'm a great housemate, clean, love to get flowers to brighten up the place, love a chat and to hang out with my housemates but also have a good network of friends in Edinburgh. I do work shifts but am mega quiet if on a late and have mastered the art of sleeping for a night shift so don't worry about disturbing me!
I love to run, hike, cycle, cold water swim, camp and am just getting into surfing too. I'll be joining a tag rugby team too because it was a blast in London. I don't drink but adore a pub anyways, love a pub quiz (although am yet to win) and a good boogie (looking at you, Fingers). I'm a vegan but very relaxed about it and like to think of myself as a good cook and always generous with leftovers. I loooove good coffee and come with a sage coffee machine. I love to read and have a great selection of books that I'm always up for lending and am an avid gig goer. I'll come with a car too so good for adventures, nipping across to Glasgow for those gigs or just to the big supermarket!
