Second year student seeking accommodation

I’m a student going into second year at Glasgow uni next year. I am looking to move into a flat near the uni. I enjoy doing activities such as reading, movie night and cooking but do also like a night out. I am a tidy person and looking for people who have similar interests as well as also been mostly tidy. Ideally I would be looking for a move in date in August and with a budget of £700pcm including bills but do have some flexibility
