Hello there! I’m looking for friendly flatmates to share a house or flat in London starting in August 2024. I’m also open to moving into an existing household that needs a new member.

I'm flexible on the move-in date, ideally starting at the end of August. My budget is about £1200 per month. Ideally, there is a cool martial arts gym near where I will live.
Areas of Interest🏔️:
I am open to anywhere with good transport links.
I am particularly interested in these areas: Hoxton, Shoreditch, Hackney.

I'm starting a new role as a management consultant with an international engineering and design company this September. I work from home up to 3 days a week. But I will probably spend lots of time working from a coffee shop for my work from home days.
I enjoy going to the gym and spending lots of time doing martial arts. Currently, I am focusing on MMA, boxing, and Jiu-Jitsu.
