Looking For A Double Room

I’m looking a double room from october 1st for at least 6 months, preferably long-term.
would prefer to live with females/non-binary & max 3 others.
preferably north, east or southwest

max £750-800 for bills included
- max £650-700 for bills not included
- would ideally like to not pay my max, but will depending on the area & the house/flat
(currently paying around £600)

would love a place with free parking.
pretty much just need a good sized double room - i’ve got a fairly big wardrobe that i’ll be bringing with me

open to most boroughs, as long as they’re not too close to the outskirts.
preferred boroughs:
north - islington, haringey, camden
east - hackney
south - brixton
west - hammersmith & fulham

would also really love to be within walking distance of a tube station (ideally victoria line) & a supermarket
