Hei - after a double room en-suite/with private bathroom in modern 2-bed/2-bath (poss 3), furnished or unfurnished, around Woolwich Arsenal, where I've lived quite a while/would prefer to remain.
Potentially interested in Royal Wharf, also.
Hope to share with someone chilled/calm/respectful/open-minded, as I consider myself.
For my sins, I work in secondary education (social science/pastoral).
Am generally low-key/easy-going &tend not to entertain guests etc @home often, since working long days/doing masters/preferring to socialize out, so a similarly easy-going flatmate &peaceful, chilled environment, would be ideal✨🌬
Partial to occasional pub-quiz/the odd meal out etc
No issue @flatmates who wfh/hybrid, but hope no shoes being worn around the house would be a standard/agreeable, incl. guests, which has been a norm @places I've lived previously, +helps keep house/carpets etc clean/hygienic.
Budget is negotiable &inclusive of bills would be preferred, plus a minimum year's tenancy, though am flexible here, to some extent.
Also have a friend in accountancy looking to move @same area, so could potentially take a whole 2-bed apartment.
Live-in/out landlords or current flatmates preferred to agents.
