Looking for a room in Tooting/Balham

I’m Roisin a 25 year old working in research for a Charity and am looking to move with my current housemate Aislynn who is a 24 year old working as an underwriter. We are looking for housemates to be friends with as well as live with. We enjoy a range of things in our spare time: cooking, baking, pub, gym, going out and staying in and we love exploring London especially food places! We both work hybrid 2/3 days WFH and others in office so space for a desk in both rooms would be needed. We are very chilled and looking for some likeminded housemates.
