Professional Looking for Room or Buddy-Ups!

Hi everyone,

I’m moving to London from Manchester for work (I’m a civil servant) to start in June (flexible about move in date) and I’m looking for a place to live. I would like to be in north London but would be happy elsewhere for the right place, that is an easy commute to Westminster. Happy to join an existing house share or buddy up!

Looking for someone that can be a friend as well as a flatmate. I like a night out just as well as a night in, whether it’s going to the pub, out for cocktails, board games, or just a quiet one in front of the TV.

I’m clean and tidy and would like you to be as well! I have previously lived with the same people for 4 years so they can vouch that I am a respectful flatmate! Ideally I don’t want to live with more than 1/2 other people. I will be hybrid working so will need space for a desk.

My budget is £1400 including bills.
