Looking for another person to go house hunting

Hiii,
I’m a uni student and part time admin looking for a place to stay from June for me and a friend.
We’re looking for a two bed flat in South East, Central and East London.
I travel as much as I can and I love to cook different dishes from those countries! I’m also very active and frequent the gym or hiking/going for long walks as I enjoy my own company and mainly have solo hobbies.
Deal breakers for me are old/dirty bathrooms, I can’t lie they freak me out but I love open, bright and airy spaces to fill with plants!! I also have a cat at home I’d like to bring with me, so pet friendly is preferred but not essential.
