25y/o Film Composer looking for social house ☀️

Hiya! I’m Charli, and I’m looking to move into the Clapham/Battersea/Wandsworth area as soon as possible. My budget is around £1100pcm (exc. bills)
I’m 25 and work full time from home as a film and tv music composer, so you’ll be able to capitalise on the best sound system in London!
I love cooking, wine tasting (and consuming), plants, all things sport and fitness, and love exploring new places and trying out new activities. I’d love to find a friendly, social house that loves a good pub trip as much as a cosy night in, and make some great friends and memories! A garden/outdoor space would be amazing, and a study space/office would be the icing on a cake for a music studio set-up. (ideal but not essential!)
