Smart Apartment / Flat Share Required

I have recently returned to London (in April) from Hong Kong. I am working for a law firm, Simmons & Simmons, and looking for a smart flat or a flat share ideally with a balcony, terrace or garden anywhere in zone 1 or 2 and even in nice parts further out.

I am ready to move in immediately (as of April 25) for ideally 3 months to 1 year depending on your requirements. I am a mature, responsible guy and I will look after your place as if it was my own.

If I move into a flat share arrangement I would require a bed and ideally en-suite bathroom. I’m humorous, easy going, conversational, and quite tidy. I travel a lot so I’m not always around. I’d prefer flatmates 30 and up ideally with professional jobs and busy lives.
