Londoner looking for house-share or flatmates

I'm a product manager based in South London, working within the ad-tech industry. In my spare time I usually like to go to the gym, play casual football and every now and then (usually twice a month) I do MMA/Thai Kickboxing training. Been trying to do a lot more travelling recently, mainly mainland Europe. I'm quite social as well, always up for a night out or drinks at the pub. (My favourite pub at the moment is the Devonshire, in Balham).

Looking for a double room within the Balham area. But I know how difficult it can be to find a decent place in SW12, so open to moving elsewhere as long as its South of the river.

I like to keep my room and and living space clean and tidy all the time, wouldn't mind spending a bit for a cleaner once a week.

I'm currently living at home, so my move-in dates are super flexible.
