A central modern flat to share (2-4 bedrooms)

I'm looking for a 2-4 bedroom double room not far from Waterloo (Waterloo, Southwark, Embankment, Covent Gardeb).

I currently live in the area and adore it!

No agents, please!

Would love to have big windows
A balcony/a roof would be a plus.

Can consider up to GBP1000 bills inc if it's a flat of my dreams.

I'm ready to move in in the beginning of June but can also consider waiting if the place is right

About myself

I'm Maria, 28 Y. O, a Chevening Scholar, linguist by education and marketing lead combining my job with a full time MSc (KCL, psychiatry).
I'm also a founder of a non-profit online platform to help people to find ethical, evidence-based psychotherapists and psychiatrists.
Now, I also offer free crisis mental help for the Ukrainians suffering from the war, so I've paused my marketing job for a while.

I'm friendly, flexible, tidy and open-minded, respect others' personal boundaries. I'm relaxed and used to relocations (I used to live in Paris, Clermont-Ferrand, Limassol, Moscow and St Petersburg). I think comfort is in the details, so there will always be candles, plants +some illumination to keep warm inside on cold evenings. If it's important, I speak English. French and Russian. I don't smoke and don't have pets. I enjoy going out, exploring London and the UK, traveling to summer and dance festivals.

Among my interests, neuroscience, psychiatry, evidence-based psychology, theatres, ballroom and social dancing, water and sky sports, travelling (I've been to more than 100 cities and 20+ countries), music, zero waste.
I mostly work and study from my campus or libraries as it's hard for me to concentrate when I'm home, so I won't bother anyone working/studying from home too much.
