Double room en-suite/with priv...

Hi - after a decent double room en-suite/with private bathroom in modern 2-bed (poss 3), furnished or unfurnished.

I'd hope to share with someone/others who are chilled, calm and respectful, as well as open-minded, which is what I consider myself.

For my sins, I work in secondary education and teach social sciences (sociology/psychology), plus manage pastoral care.
Am also involved with startup.
Main interests are as listed & I enjoy getting out to do sport/fitness when able, as well as cooking, when time permits. Otherwise generally low-key and only occasionally entertain guests etc at home, so someone similar, would be ideal💫
Also happy to chuck in some psychology lessons/discussions, gratis, for any interested🤯

Would hope a no-shoes-worn-around-the-house policy would be in place/agreeable, including guests, in-view of hygiene &preserving carpets/floors etc.

My budget is also flexible, depending on non-inclusion of bills/the right place etc.

A minimum year's tenancy (perhaps after reasonable trial-period) would be preferable✨
