There is also a private kitchenette within the studio with a sink, drainer, worktop and storage cupboards, as well as your own fridge freezer and washing machine. It gives you plenty of independence and means you don’t need to share a bathroom, fridge or washing machine with the rest of the house.

For cooking, there is a large shared kitchen downstairs which has been set up to make sharing easy, with plenty of cupboard and worktop space, two ovens and two hobs.

There is also a sitting area downstairs, giving you somewhere else to eat or relax outside your studio.

At the back of the house is a large garden with a patio and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy when the weather is good. There is also free off-street parking at the property.

The location works really well for getting into Croydon as well as towards Biggin Hill.

The bus stop is just across the road, with the 64 and 464 providing frequent services. Central Parade and New Addington tram stops are only a few minutes away by bus, and the tram takes around 20 minutes from New Addington to East Croydon. The 464 also runs in the other direction to Biggin Hill, which takes around 5 minutes.

From East Croydon, there are fast direct trains into Central London and towards Gatwick Airport, making the location convenient for commuting.

Central Parade, the tram, local shops and New Addington Leisure Centre are a 10-minute walk. Morrisons Daily is within a short walk, Lidl is a short bus ride away, and Addington Vale and other green spaces are nearby too.

The rent is £950 per month, with bills fixed at £100 per month.
