This lovely professional house share has recently undergone a complete refurbishment, including new carpets and flooring throughout, complete redecoration, and newly fitted kitchen and bathrooms.

All rooms are fully furnished with quality, contemporary furniture, with a double bed, bedside cabinet, drawers, full length mirror and a wardrobe in each.

The house is a really lovely professional share (not a party house though!) and we look for tenants who will fit in well with a fab, friendly group of people who are respectful of their home and each other.

A short walk from town, Kimberley Park, and Penmere Train Station, yet in a lovely, quiet, leafy, cul-de-sac location, this houseshare provides a fantastic - and all too unusual - chance to live in a bright, clean, newly refurbished, professionally managed houseshare.

The house is beautifully kept, and it’s very close to great bus and train routes, making it easy to get both around Falmouth, as well as in and out of it.

The property itself is a large house over three levels. The entrance lobby on the lower ground floor leads up to
the communal lounge and dining area on the ground floor, as well as a spacious shower room and a well equipped kitchen. The garden and seating area are to the rear of this, accessed through the kitchen and lounge. The bathroom and separate cloakroom are on the next half level, with the bedrooms, ranged across the three floors, 5 of them being positioned on the lovely, sunny, southwest facing front of the house.

There is a dedicated off-road parking space available on the drive, and ample on-street parking for all residents.
