This building is the second most generous in our complex, divided into four floors containing En-suite bedrooms and standard bedrooms with communal kitchens and living spaces.

En-suite rooms are fully furnished with beds, study area, 32-inch TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Free WIFI and electric heating through the building individually controlled on 2hr timers. The communal kitchens are fully furnished with ovens, hobs, fridges and freezers, kettles, toasters and microwaves with open planned Dining and living room fitted with table, chairs, sofas and TV.

Standard rooms are fully furnished with beds, study area, sink unit, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Free WIFI and heating through the building individually controlled with thermostats. The communal kitchens are fully furnished with ovens, hobs, fridges and freezers, kettles, toasters and microwaves.

All bills are included in our marketing price excluding TV licence in the bedrooms.

The facilities our property has to offer is a range of communal areas such as: gym, games room, cinema room, meeting/study room, management office onsite & lobby.

We have free WIFI access, Ethernet connection, inside and outside bike storage, laundry facilities and communal cleaners once a week to do their daily cleans around the property. Room cleans can be provide with extra costs – ask the management team about this.
