Modern City Centre Double Bedroom flat

I have a new build fully furnished double bedroom available, located in the centre of Bristol overlooking Castle Park. It is a 5 minute walk to Cabot or Kings Street and just over 10 minutes to Temple Meads.

The room comes with a double bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of draws and built in wardrobe. The user will effectively have sole use of the second bathroom and shower as I have an en-suite. There is a large open plan kitchen and living area and a utilities closet with a washer/dryer. Cost includes all bills.

I’m a professional working near temple meads who is looking for someone kind, fun, tidy and respectful. I enjoy going for a few drinks, being active and having some needed down time. I’m looking for someone who I can share a home and be friends with rather than someone who treats the house as a base.
