I am a Live out landlady but always on hand and extremely reactive to any issues/repairs required or needs of the tenants. I aim to provide a high standard of accommodation.

I am very sad to say goodbye to this house as I’ve absolutely loved the time that I lived at 14 Queen’s Road.

The room is a really decent size (the photos don’t do it justice), the wardrobes are massive and the bed is huge and so, so comfy! I didn’t bring any furniture with me Nicola (the landlady) offered to get me something….and much to my delight found me a chaise longue! She’s really good at taking care of anything you need – plumbing problems, carpet cleaning, and she even sent her husband around to mow our lawn and brought us garden chairs when the weather turned nice during lockdown.

The house is in a really awesome location. It’s right next to the Rye for walks, morning runs and the Rye gym and lido, a five minute walk from the train station and just far enough away from Wycombe centre to be nice and quiet.

The best thing about the house though, is the housemates. The house is spacious enough to get your own space but at the same time there is always a friendly face to have a drink with, play a board game, go for walks etc.

"I moved into 14 Queens road in April 2019, Nicola was a great support from the start introducing me to my new housemates to ensure both parties were happy with the set up before I moved in. I have been here for 16months which is the longest I have ever stayed in a rental property. The house is beautifully kept and Nicola prides herself in that and ensures everything possible is done to keep all tenants happy in a lovely environment. She has been very supportive during uncertain times and accommodating our needs. I would recommend the house and landlady to any young professional needing a friendly and supportive set of housemates, and a house that is very spacious and comfortable.
