In a great CO1 residential location 15m walking distance from Colchester Town Station and 20m to the main Town Centre. There are two dedicated parking spaces and street parking available as well as public transport links into the Town Centre from the main road. With easy access to Colchester Train Stations, this house is also ideal for commuters.

This fantastic en-suite room is decorated with a clean, neutral and contemporary decor. It is fully furnished and ready to move into with a double bed complete with mattress for a good night’s sleep. There is also a chest of drawers, bedside table and a wardrobe to use freely.

About You:
We are looking for professional working tenants who are looking for a quiet, clean and friendly place to call home. For your benefit and ours, we reference and credit check all prospective tenants. Generally a three-month minimum tenancy is required. Unfortunately we cannot take those not working/receiving benefits or those wishing to have children or pets stay. We also have a minimum age restriction of 21 years and over.
