The bedrooms are all bright, light and contemporarily furnished, and all have their own private en-suite shower room.

We are in the midst of remodelling the communal areas of the house to form a large dining area with separate living space and a large study area, which will be complete for the start of the new academic year. The bedrooms and kitchen are all ready to go from now.

This is a large houseshare, so while it may not suit those looking for a small intimate share, it will be absolutely perfect for many, and a lovely way to live in a vibrant student community yet have the privacy of your own space should you prefer..

The large and comfortable communal areas are undergoing a comprehensive programme of refurbishment to provide a comfortable, high spec lounge area, a work area with ample desk space, and a light, spacious and comfortable dining area, all stunningly designed. The kitchen is large, clean, modern and well appointed, providing everything you need. A large co-living space such as this offers both relative anonymity should you choose, alongside the ability to socialise with like-minded students if you feel in the mood.

Parking is available on site, a rare advantage of such a central property. There is a small outside seating area, and of course the large and lovely Kimberley Park is just a stones throw away.

Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms all vary in size; some of the rooms are large and airy, while some are more compact doubles. All are well furnished and clean, with new, attractive and contemporary furniture and a comfortable high quality mattress, with touches such as a full length mirror in each room as standard.

This house will suit those studying in Falmouth and wanting to live in this thriving, vibrant, creative town and experience all the galleries, restaurants, bars, shops and the multitude of other delights it has on offer. It will also suit more mature students looking for something different to the typical ‘student house’ experience.
