This person would really benefit from the company of having someone sharing their home, plus some practical help around the house including picking up shopping, cooking and sharing a few simple evening meals, help with light household chores, plus the friendly reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight.

The accommodation on offer is a furnished double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, and shared use of the home’s other facilities. It is a house with garden, and there is parking available.

The property is conveniently located 7 mins walk from Ingatestone Station, or approx. 15 minutes drive from Chelmsford. A driver essential.

The person’s interests include reading the newspaper, doing the crossword, watching the news, and occasionally watching a documentary, film or series.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable female non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
