There is a shared kitchen and full cooking facilities along with a washer dryer. There is a shared courtyard for bicycle storage and communal shared space.

LOCATION
The house is in a prime location, two minute walk from Addenbrookes and Hills Road and in the more required part of the City. Nightingale Recreation Ground a short stroll on foot and has lots of open space and a free outdoor gym.

Outside there are large private grounds as part of the housing development.

All communal spaces receive fortnightly cleaning by a professional cleaner.
