A friendly, intelligent and artistic older person is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

Due to reduced mobility, this person would really benefit from shopping, errands and outings, plus some practical help around the house including cooking regular meals, helping with household chores plus giving friendly company and having the reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight.

The accommodation on offer is a bright double bedroom, furnished with twin beds, a wardrobe, table/desk and chest of drawers. There is a shower room which is primarily for the Sharer’s use (although there is a bathroom they can use). The kitchen is very small but leads onto a lovely warm breakfast room that leads onto a pretty garden with a wide variety of plants, herbs and fruit trees. Help in the garden would be greatly appreciated.

The property is conveniently located just 10 mins walk from Worcester Park BR and the local high street with a wide range of shops and banks.

The person used to teach art and still puts on exhibitions, creating art from a bright studio room at home. They also read the newspaper, listen to Radio 3 (classical music) and enjoy seeing friends and conversation.

The ideal Sharer will be a positive, practical, friendly and reliable female, non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
