Use of kitchen, bathroom, and pleasant garden with two benches and herbs for cooking, There is also a shed for bike storage. Share with live-in owner, two dogs and cat.

Due to size and limited storage, it is only suitable for a Monday to Friday let or someone temporarily working away from home.

Water and council tax (Band A) included. Share gas and electricity (working hard to minimise these!).
