Minimalistic home with a room for one more

There is street parking, and the estate is quiet, 15-20 minutes walk from Trowbridge centre with a local supermarket, pub and takeaways not too far away.

The kitchen is shared and has the usual cooking facilities, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The fridge and freezer are both "under the counter type" and shared.

The bathroom has an over-bath shower with good water pressure.

The garage has a little bit of room for storage if needed and is where I keep the freezer.

I work from home most days with a couple of days a week commute.

You choose either the shown double bed or a single bed that gives room for a small desk should you work from home sometimes too.
